I think movies are probably the area where I'm most likely to keep up with this whole writing thing, seeing as how it's the only one where I have a spotty, but nonetheless successful track record with. That and I watch a bajillion of them.

Movie with an intriguing concept that I sorta wrote off because of Ashton Kutcher's involvement. He was reasonably good, he seem to be able to shake off the goofy persona of his previous movies. Interesting twists, with some predictably off sci-fi movie plot holes.

Sorta creepy Japanese horror movie about a guy who tries to find a wife through a movie audition only to find the one he picked is a little crazy. Or is she? It has some very disturbing scenes that honestly should have bothered me. I've watched way too many horror movies lately.

For the uninitiated, this is the documentary about the oh so partisan Fox News. I watched it mainly cause I was curious to see the clips of Fox News footage, seeing as I how don't watch the channel (or TV in general these days). In that respect, it was highly entertaining and disturbing. Especially the part where Bill O'Reilly say that he only used the phrase "shut up" once, followed by a lengthy montage of his frequent usage of the phrase. Unfortunately, as a documentary it was somewhat boring and low on substance. Still a decent thing to watch.

Definitely falls in the not as bad as you'd think category. I grabbed this one out of Rudy's movie closet looking for something totally brainless. It was actually decent for a formulaic action movie. Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) has a very good screen presence for a guy with WWF on his resume. Seann William Scott was less obnoxious than usual. I didn't quite no what to make of Christopher Walken's character, he seemed like he was trying to walk the line between his recent comedic persona and his old style evil guy one. All in all, good use of a hour or two.
