So I triumphantly returned to the college that I abandoned 5 or so years ago. It was very odd, it was very much as I remembered it, with only minor changes. It was also very nice to see my friend Ari.

Penn State
Staying at my brother's Frat house at Penn State and was a very interesting experience to say the least. It was also fun meeting his girlfriend, Vanessa. Oh, and let's not forget a college football game.

Atlanta to Baltimore
Random pictures from my drive up the lower half of the east coast. I tried with varying degrees of success to capture the beautiful colors of the leaves on the trees of the southeast from a moving car. I also managed to get a candid picture of John Darnielle, the man who comprises The Mountain Goats, after the show in Baltimore.

So Gary and Andy are married. Well, technically not legally (that happens next weekend), but as far as they're concerned, they're married. The hand fasting was interesting, it was outside at someone's house who has a Circle (basically a pagan place of worship) set up. And yes, it involved their hands being tied together. I was making a feeble attempt at being a Lego figure as a costume for Halloween, but it just didn't pan out. Fortunately I went to a party where they were making up people as zombies if they didn't have a costume. They had professional quality makeup and I think it turned out well. After said party we went to 1150, a club in Midtown to see John Digweed (famous DJ). The show was good and the club was really cool (although...

My dad and I went camping up at Cloudland Canyon. Ironically, when we picked out a campsite, I realized we'd picked the exact same campsite that I'd camped at with Meredith, Dan and Jason 4 or 5 years ago. Weird how that happens.
